allegra e pensosa, seria o appassionata.
Cercati nella vita,
sembra di cercare un ago nel pagliaio,
sfuggente, stanca od annoiata.
Se mi cerchi tu,
io sono sempre presente,
lì con te,
sempre pronto al tuo desio.
Perchè allora sia una cosa equa
mi allontano da te
per permettere di
non trovarmi,
e chiedersi perchè.

Look for you in my thoughts,
I find you right away,
cheerful and thoughtful, serious or passionate.
Searched in life,
seems to look for a needle in a haystack,
elusive, tired or bored.
If you look for me,
I am always present,
there with you,
always ready to your desire.
Why then is something fair
I walk away from you
to allow
not find me,
and wonder why.
