Possiamo nominare quattro mezzi che favoriscono la percezione e la memorizzazione di ciò che si ascolta:

In primo luogo, si dovrebbe acquisire fermezza spirituale e determinazione;

In secondo luogo, si dovrebbe prestare attenzione ai saggi consigli con attenzione e con il cuore aperto, desideroso di cogliere il significato di ciò che viene detto;

In quarto luogo, si dovrebbero evitare gli stati nocivi della mente e resistere anche di fronte alla tentazione.

Fantasia - Fantasy

Tutta la fantasia di cui dispongo
non può bastare
a riempire i silenzi onerosi
che tempestano le mie giornate,
dove di te trovo poco o nulla.
La fantasia, 
da sola ella mi permette di avere
quel contatto alla vita
che mi lega ancora a te.

Fantasticare,
vuol dire creare senza avere,
amare senza essere amato,
cercare per essere mai cercato,
avere accanto una donna
che c'era,
ora non più.
